He is a member of the South Metro Denver Realtor Association and the National Association of Realtors. In addition to being a real estate advisor, he has a well-rounded background and brings to the table years of experience guiding residential renovations projects and designing interiors for home builders. Ryan has been involved in many fix & flips and new construction development projects as a real estate investor. Ryan also is Denver mid-century modern architecture expert and works with many buyers & sellers of homes with mid-century modern architecture.
Ryan is a former professional triathlete and triathlon coach, and is a lifelong endurance athlete. He brings the same energy and dedication to real estate that he did racing in the professional triathlon circuit. He continues to enjoy running, cycling, skiing, and the great outdoors.

Kim brings years of real estate experience to the table, and has worked with countless buyers and sellers throughout the Denver metro area. She is top producing agent who combines a love for real estate with a passion for home renovation, design, and residential new construction (she has built her family’s dream home in the southwest Denver area, and has experience developing in mountain towns as well). Kim’s heart is in serving the needs of others and making an impact on others’ lives.
An avid outdoors-woman, Kim is a lover of all things our great state of Colorado has to offer in its outdoors, and is a former snowboard instructor at Copper Mountain as well as a former whitewater rafting guide at Noah’s Ark Whitewater Rafting & Adventure Company. In her spare time, you’ll find her with her husband Jon and their four children hitting the slopes or adventuring in the mountains. She and her husband are also co-owners of RISE Garage Door Company.
